Choose how your team purchases
Pay by card, or on invoice once your business has approved terms. Either way, you build the bar first and approve the delivered price before anything is charged or invoiced.
Your procurement package
Keep the current specification, delivered quote, project reference and purchasing policies together. A shared review link approves the specification; a purchasing handoff opens the commercial quote for an authorized payer.

Card payment
Build your bar, enter your ZIP on the review step for the delivered price, add it to your cart, and pay securely at checkout. Enter your PO number at checkout to have it on the invoice and shipping documents. Team approval applies when your account owner requires it.
Invoice terms
Apply once from your account (Settings → Invoice terms) with your business's legal name, accounts-payable contact and billing address. We review it and set your terms (Net 15, 30 or 60) and a credit limit. After that, choose “Pay on invoice” at checkout: the order goes straight into production, and its invoice is emailed to your accounts-payable contact with your PO and job name on it. Everyone on your team can order on your terms, within your approval policy. Paying an invoice frees that much credit for new orders.
Apply for invoice termsDelivering to several sites? Save them under Sites in your account, then at checkout send each cart line to its site. You pay once (or, on terms, get one invoice per site), and each site becomes its own order with its own delivered freight quote and tracking.
