Custom Clearance Bars is the direct storefront of Fourth Dimension CNC, a manufacturer in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. Every bar we sell is cut, finished, and lettered in our own facility — no distributors, no resellers, no quote-request purgatory. You configure the exact bar you need, see the price update live, and production starts in the same building your order lands in.

We build one thing: custom height clearance bars — the suspended warning bars that alert drivers before a low entrance. Our customers are the people responsible when that happens anyway: parking-garage operators, facility and property managers, warehouse and dock supervisors, drive-thru and canopy owners, and the contractors who install for them.

Because the factory and the website are the same company, the specs you set in the 3D builder are the specs the shop floor builds from — length to the inch, Pantone-matched finishes, reflective vinyl, and mounting hardware. Bars ship LTL freight to all 48 continental states. Production timing is confirmed with your delivered quote, and every configuration can be exported as a submittal-ready spec sheet for procurement.
